This Summer I am all about comfort and cool. It is already 94 degrees on my patio and the air conditioner in the house is on full speed. I have been on the cold/off shoulder trend for years now and I got this top recently for $3.99+ tax with my $10.00 off coupon at JC Penney. Yes! You can use your $10.00 off on regular or clearance items in the store & I never let a coupon expire. This white jeans I have had for years and I cut them into capris. The handbag is also an oldie Jessica Simpson. I used to be a devout Macy’s shopper but they do not have the vivid colors I love right now in my stores, and I do not believe I ever got a top there for less than $6.00. So, on to new shopping discoveries.
